During the summer recreation season, Polk County Conservation staff are regularly monitoring the water in Easter Lake, taking samples weekly for testing. Every week on Thursday or Friday, weekly results will be posted here.
Come learn the basics of geology, like what rocks are made of and how do they form. We’ll get hands on exploring a variety of rocks and minerals. Program will be completely indoors and audience will be seated the majority of the time.

Hit the trails of Jester Park with your favorite furry friend during this program led by naturalist Lindsey and her dog Padme! All dogs must be on a 6ft. leash (no retractable leashes allowed), waste bags are required, and dogs with behavior obstacles should not participate.
